Bismi, Founder of DomminnusNissi, is a passionate speaking coach and advocate for inclusivity, empowering both young people and professionals to embrace their authentic selves and become agents of change. She works with youth to navigate the complexities of mental health, disability, and self-expression, providing them with the tools and confidence to speak up and challenge the status quo.

Bismi also brings her expertise to the corporate world, delivering engaging speaking presentations and workshops that foster inclusive workplaces where everyone feels empowered to contribute their unique perspectives.

Bismi’s journey of self-discovery informs her powerful coaching style, creating a safe and encouraging space for individuals to connect with their core values and confidently share their voices. She believes that everyone has the potential to live a fulfilling life, but often, limiting beliefs and negative experiences can cloud the vision. Through her own experiences and extensive research, Bismi developed a unique approach to self-love that she shares with others through her speaking engagements, radio shows, and online platforms.  She believes that “Connecting to the Core is the Beginning of the Change”.

Through her Platform DomminnusNissi, she engages the community with speaking, coaching,  workshops and radio interviews. Bismi guides others on a journey of self-discovery, teaching them to identify their core values, break free from self-doubt, and embrace their true selves.

Her specialist area is building the next-gen speakers and she is working with the children from 8 to 18 years old to help them to become speakers.  Her motive is to build resilient youngsters through her program to build a culture of love, joy and peace to eliminate violence from families and communities.
