Our Mission

To cultivate a safe and supportive community where young minds (ages 8-18) can discover their voices, develop public speaking skills where can ace presentations, learn how to express clearly, connect with others on a deeper level and discover the power of story telling and use it to make the voice unforgettable.

YES Academy is a dynamic program designed to empower students aged 8-18 to discover their voices, develop public speaking skills, and become confident leaders. Through interactive workshops and a supportive environment, YES Academy equips students with the tools to:

  • Craft compelling narratives: Students learn to build engaging stories that capture attention and communicate their ideas effectively.
  • Master communication skills: The program focuses on clear and confident delivery, including vocal techniques, body language, and managing stage fright.
  • Develop self-confidence: YES Academy fosters a safe space for self-discovery, encouraging students to express themselves freely and overcome the fear of public speaking.
  • Become effective leaders: The program equips students with the skills to articulate their ideas persuasively and collaborate effectively within teams.

Bismi  is a true believer in educating the younger generation to build a better community and so sharing her energy to help young people to become public speakers. By becoming a speaker and advocate for themselves, they can be the future leaders.  With those leadership and Core Connection to love, joy and peace we can eliminate violence in families and communities. 

How do we do ?

Speaking engagements

Bismi is a captivating speaker who can teach youngsters to inspire them to come out of their silence and become better speaker. She has great skills to deal with children and motivate them with great activities. She will teach them how to present themselves online and in person opportunities and how the body language will help them to get connection with the audience. Her approach is to make audience identify the power of Self and prove that with their own stories in the public speaking events.

Radio shows

Bismi is a registered Radio host for 88.9 fm (wynfm) who is running programs from last 13 years and producing different shows. The shows are in two different languages and with these radio shows, she is sharing the ways to learn about self-love and get inspired by the stories of overcome their challenges. She will provide opportunities to share inspiring stories on air and arrange online interviews with the people. The radio can be a media partner to promote young emerging speakers.

In person and Online Training

Bismi's expertise in training allows her to facilitate different online and in person workshops, trainings and events. The main areas are Core Communication, Servant Leadership, Knowledge Management, Managing Self Esteem to become Manager and other relevant topic to the organisations related to Emotional Intelligence.
She is able to be create content if you have specific needs in your community or in your organisation and facilitate to the people.

Online platform

Bismi's online platform offers a variety of resources, videos, regular motivations tips, legal tips to come out of the violent relationships, personal coaching and workshops. There are online challenge programs which helps people to identify the Power of 3S - Self, Soul and Status - and help them to dream again and come out of the silent sufferings.
The 21 days challenge helps other to enjoy the FREEDOM TO DREAM.
